How we use AI — in our own work and in what we build for clients.

Our commitments

  • We tell clients where AI is used in our delivery and what it produced.
  • Client data is processed only in environments the client approves, and is never used to train third-party models.
  • Every agent we ship has a documented human-in-the-loop design, an evaluation harness and a named business owner.
  • We align our practice with the Australian Government's Guidance for AI Adoption and the Australian AI Ethics Principles.
  • We support clients to meet Privacy Act obligations, including automated decision-making transparency from 10 December 2026.

AI in our own work

We use AI assistants and agents for research, drafting, analysis and code. A named consultant reviews and is accountable for every deliverable.
